Exercise of Data Subjects’ Rights
LLC «DNA Test Center» respects every individual’s right to the protection of personal data and ensures that data subjects can exercise their rights in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated May 7, 2021, «On Personal Data Protection.»

Your Rights
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, you have the following rights:
Right to Obtain Information
You have the right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data, including:
- the name and location of the Data Controller;
- the purposes of personal data processing;
- the legal grounds for processing;
- the list of personal data being processed;
- the retention periods for personal data;
- the persons to whom your personal data has been or may be disclosed.
Right to Request Amendments
If your personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, you have the right to request that it be corrected.
Where necessary, the Data Controller may request documents confirming the need for such amendments.
Right to Obtain Information About Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
You have the right to obtain information about which persons have received your personal data and on what legal basis.
Right to Request the Cessation of Personal Data Processing
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be discontinued if there are no legal grounds for its continued processing under the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Right to Request Deletion of Personal Data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Please note that in certain cases, the law requires the Data Controller to retain specific documents and information for a prescribed period. In such cases, personal data will be deleted only after the applicable retention period has expired.
Right to Withdraw Consent
If your personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your previously given consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before such withdrawal was received.
Right to Appeal the Actions of the Data Controller
If you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus or to protect your rights through judicial proceedings.
Procedure for Submitting a Request
To exercise your rights, you may submit a request to LLC «DNA Test Center.»
Requests may be submitted:
- in writing by postal mail to the Company’s mailing address;
- as an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic digital signature (where technically available);
- in person at the Company’s registered office.
For the convenience of website users, requests may also be submitted by email. In this case, the Data Controller may request additional information necessary to identify the applicant and verify their right to receive the requested information.
Information to Include in Your Request
Your request should include:
- your surname, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);
- a contact telephone number or email address;
- a description of your request;
- information allowing the Data Controller to identify you as the data subject (for example, a contract number, order number, or the date of your request);
- where necessary, documents supporting your request.
Timeframe for Reviewing Requests
LLC «DNA Test Center» reviews requests from data subjects within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
If additional information or verification of the applicant’s identity is required, the review period may be extended in cases provided for by law.

Withdrawal of Consent
To withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, you may send a request by email to info@dnk-lab.by or submit a written request to the address of LLC «DNA Test Center.»
Upon receipt of your request, the Data Controller will cease processing your personal data unless there are other legal grounds for processing as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

LLC «DNA Test Center» implements the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent unauthorized use, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data.
