Privacy Policy of Provided Information

This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the dnk-lab.by website, located at the domain name dnk-lab.by, may receive about the User while using the website, programs, and products of the website.

Use of the Service implies the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of data processing specified herein; if the User does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from using the Service.

  1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. “Website Administration” — authorized employees managing the website on behalf of dnk-lab.by, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” — any information related directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” — a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to disclose them without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. “User of the website dnk-lab.by (hereinafter — User)” — a person having access to the Website via the Internet and using the Website.
1.1.6. “Cookies” — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open the page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. “IP address” — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User’s use of the website signifies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing their personal data.
2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the dnk-lab.by website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the dnk-lab.by website. The website does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may navigate via links available on the website.
2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

  1. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the obligations of the Website Administration regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality regime of personal data provided by the User at the request of the Website Administration when registering on the site or placing an order for services.
3.2. Personal data allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the dnk-lab.by website in the order section and includes the following information:

3.2.1. Full name of the User;
3.2.2. User’s contact phone number;
3.2.3. Email address (e-mail);
3.2.4. Delivery address;
3.2.5. Place of residence of the User.

3.3. The site protects data that is automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages with a statistical system script (“pixel”) installed:

  • IP address;
    • information from cookies;
    • browser information (or other program accessing the advertisement);
    • access time;
    • address of the page with the ad block;
    • referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may prevent access to parts of the website requiring authorization.
3.3.2. The website collects statistics on IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical problems and to monitor the legality of financial transactions.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 3.5.

  1. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The Website Administration may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identifying the User registered on the site for placing an order and/or concluding a distance sales agreement.
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the site.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to site use, service provision, processing of requests and applications.
4.1.4. Determining the User’s location for security and fraud prevention.
4.1.5. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.1.6. Creating an account if the User consents to it.
4.1.7. Notifying the User about the order status.
4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes or tax benefits, disputing payments, determining eligibility for credit.
4.1.9. Providing effective customer and technical support.
4.1.10. With the User’s consent, sending product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters, and other information.
4.1.11. Performing advertising activities with the User’s consent.
4.1.12. Providing access to partner websites or services for receiving products, updates, and services.

  1. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way, including personal data information systems using or not using automation tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely to fulfill the User’s order, including delivery of goods.
5.3. User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized government authorities of the Republic of Belarus only on legal grounds and in accordance with the law.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure.
5.5. The Website Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
5.6. The Website Administration and the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.7. The User is solely responsible for keeping their login/password confidential and for timely password changes or contacting support if lost or compromised.

  1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User shall:

6.1.1. Provide personal data required to use the website.
6.1.2. Update and supplement provided personal data if it changes.

6.2. The Website Administration shall:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Keep the personal data confidential, not disclose it without prior written permission from the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose it in any other possible way, except for clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data using standard practices for protecting such information.
6.2.4. Block personal data upon the request of the User, their legal representative, or authorized body for the protection of rights of personal data subjects during the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

  1. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration, failing to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, except for the cases specified in clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was obtained by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit over disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, the submission of a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement) is mandatory.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of the consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
8.3. If agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
9.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be submitted via the appropriate section of the Website.
